By creating an account or using gym-forge, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use gym-forge. One account per person.
Don't try to break the service, scrape it, abuse it, or use it to harm others. Don't upload content that infringes someone else's rights or violates the law.
Your training data, body metrics, and any photos you upload are yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and serve them back to you so the service works. We don't sell your data and we don't share it with third parties except as required by law.
We may add, change, or remove features. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you negatively.
You can delete your account any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. We can terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
gym-forge is provided "as is" without warranty. Training has inherent risk; consult a qualified professional before starting any new exercise program. We're not liable for injury arising from use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of gym-forge is limited to the amount you've paid us in the previous twelve months (or zero if you've used the free tier).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be heard in the South African courts.
